2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use Square to securely process all payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your payment method.

3. Catering and Lead Times

Catering orders require a minimum advance notice as specified on our checkout page. Changes to catering orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

4. Fulfillment (Pickup & Delivery)

We strive to have your order ready at the requested time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery radiuses and fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chaska Bites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
